Wild River Brewing and Pizza Co. – Mug Club Subscription Terms of Service

Welcome to the Wild River Brewing and Pizza Co. Mug Club! By enrolling in our Mug Club membership program, you (“Member”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read carefully, especially the waiver and liability sections.

1. Eligibility

Members must be 21 years of age or older and present valid government-issued identification.
Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the named individual on the account.

2. Membership Benefits

Mug Club Members enjoy exclusive access to:

Discounted beer served in a MugJ
Discounted merchandise, including shirts, hats, glassware, and more.
Member-only pricing and promotions.
Invitations to exclusive events and tastings.
Early access to seasonal and limited beer releases.

Note: Membership benefits are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

3. Membership Term & Renewal

Mug Club Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Renewal is not automatic. You may be notified prior to expiration.
Fees and terms for renewal are subject to change annually.

4. Conduct Policy

Members are expected to act responsibly and respectfully toward staff, guests, and other members.
Overconsumption of alcohol, harassment, or disorderly conduct may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any member as permitted under Oregon law.

5. Waiver of Liability (Oregon-Specific)

By enrolling in the Mug Club, you acknowledge and agree that:

You understand and voluntarily accept the risks associated with alcohol consumption.
You agree to drink responsibly and to never operate a vehicle or machinery under the influence.
You release and hold harmless Wild River Brewing and Pizza Co., its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Mug Club, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Legal consequences of your actions
This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any legal action must be filed in an Oregon state court of competent jurisdiction.

6. Refunds & Termination

All membership fees are final and non-refundable, even if benefits change during your membership term.
If Wild River Brewing and Pizza Co. cancels the Mug Club or discontinues the program, a prorated refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Membership may be revoked at any time for violation of these Terms or Oregon liquor laws.

7. Modifications to Program or Terms

We reserve the right to modify the Mug Club program, benefits, eligibility, pricing, or these Terms at any time. The most current version will be made available at the restaurant or on our website.

By purchasing or renewing your Mug Club membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including the waiver of liability.
