 Whether you enjoy great food in a casual family setting or
great beer on tap, you can have both at Wild River's newest
restaurant. Built in 1994, its vaulted ceilings and large windows
create a bright, open atmosphere.  Our unique three level
building offers you an opportunity to watch as your pizza is carefully
prepared and cooked to perfection.
 All bread and pizza doughs get
their unique flavor from our inclusion of "spent grain" --- malted barley
and malted wheat that "spent" time in the mash tun during the brewing
process. Here, you can experience the unequaled flavor created only
in an authentic old world wood-fired oven. Our ovens are fired only
by Oregon hardwoods.
 We take pride in preparing delicious foods using locally
grown or produced ingredients. We enhance these products with
imported olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and spices. We are
definitely a "from scratch" restaurant. We make all of our own fresh
pastas, breads, and desserts. Within our kitchen, we have our own
pasta extruder and baguette maker.
 In addition to pizza, we also serve soups, salads,
sandwiches, pastas, desserts, and burgers. And of course, we also
have Wild River beer. Without a doubt, freshly brewed beer enhances
the experience of dining out. Our beers are also available "To-Go"
either by the bottle, or by the case.
 Our showcase brewery is
housed within the restaurant. The copperclad 15 BBL brewhouse fuels
five fermenting tanks, four bright beer tanks, and a bottling line capable
of 1800 BBL per year.
