Harbor Lights Kolsch StyleVery pale in color, aromatic with spicy noble hops, and a palate that begins with a slightly sweet entry, blends in to hop flavors and mores on to a dry clean finish. One of the few "kolsch" (Cologne-style) beers brewed in America. Our version is made authentic by the kind gift of yeast from Cologne's renowned Paffgen Brewery. It was awarded a Silver Medal in the Kolsch Style category at the 1997 Great American Beer Festival. Original gravity: 1.048; Alcohol by weight: 4.0%. Grains: Premium pale malted barley, malted white wheat; Hops: German Perle, German Tettnang.Hefe-WeizenVery pale wheat ale cloudy with tangy (and healthful) brewers yeast. Light-bodied and refreshing, a traditional South-German favorite. We are one of the few North American breweries using a true German Weissebeir yeast. Original gravity: 1.048; Alcohol by weight: 4.0%. Grains: Premium pale malted barley, Northwest malted wheat; Hops: Perle, Tettnang or Northern Brewer.Bohemian PilsenerA classic pils matured on a Czech lager yeast which produces a soft palate billowing with luscious malt and hop flavors. Dry-hopped with imported Saaz (Zatec) hops. It was awarded a Silver Medal in the European Pilsener category at the 1996 Great American Beer Festival. Original gravity: 1.050; Alcohol by weight: 4.2%. Grains: Premium pale malted barley; Hops: Mount Hood, Saaz.Nut Brown AleDark brown with ruby highlights, mild aromas of chocolate and grain, a semi-sweet palate with notes of roasted malt, and a rounded finish. A flavorful beer but low in both calories and alcohol. It is our version of an English Brown Ale and was awarded a Silver Medal in that category at 1992's Great American Beer Festival, our country's only national beer competition. Original gravity: 1.040; Alcohol by weight: 3.0%. Grains: Premium pale malted barley, malted wheat, chocolate malt, crystal malt; Hops: Fuggle, Willamette.Extra Special BitterCopper-colored, fresh hop aromas, malty palate backed up by sturdy hop flavor and bitterness. This is our version of the traditional English-style bitter ale. It was awarded a Bronze Medal in that category by the 1995 Great American Beer Festival. Original gravity: 1.055; Alcohol by weight: 4.3%. Grains: Premium pale malted barley, Munich malt, malted wheat, crystal malt; Hops: Fuggle and Chinook.Double Eagle Imperial StoutAs deep and dark as the Moscow Nights and strong enough to warm the Czar's tootsies even in January! Based on an 1880 Whitbread Triple Stout recipe - the era when British brewers were in hot competition to sell strong beers to the countries of Northern Europe. Original gravity: 1.080; Alcohol by weight: 6.1%. Grains: Premium British stout malt, premium pale malted barley, Vienna malt, brown malt, crystal malt, roasted barley; Hops: Chinook, Fuggle, Northern Brewer.

Seasonal Beer - Summer Blackberry PorterDeep, deep, brown in color, aromas of crushed blackberries, a palate packed with high-roast malt, and crisp hop flavors, with 16 pounds of Southern Oregon's favorite wild fruit in each barrel. The foundation beer is from a Whitbread 1750 London Porter recipe. Original gravity: 1.060; Alcohol by weight: 4.8%. Grains: Premium pale malted barley, brown malt, malted wheat, Munich malt, chocolate malt; Hops: Fuggle, Willamette.
Seasonal Beer - Fall OktoberfestDeep copper in color, aromas of caramelized malts, a very smooth palate with just enough spicy hopping to balance this rich, satisfying beer. Seasonal Beer - Late Fall Snug Harbor Old AleEbony-colored with glimmers of crimson deep within, ripe aromas of roast grains, a smooth and powerful palate with unmistakable alcoholic pungency. A bow to old English "keeping ales", historically brewed well in advance of weddings, christenings, and even in anticipation of the crownings of kings and queens. Awarded a Bronze Medal in the Strong Ales category, 1993 Great American Beer Festival. Original gravity: 1.070; Alcohol by weight: 5.6%. Seasonal Beer - Winter Cave Bear Barley WineOur strongest ale with 8.1% alcohol by weight. Brilliant amber in color, aromas laden with alcohol and the fruity bouquet of sweet malt, warming alcohols, and ample hop flavors. It is a beer to be sipped, contemplated, and relished as one would a fine Port or Sherry. Original gravity: 1.090; Alcohol by weight: 8.1%.
